There is no contact form on this site, and no form of any other kind. One email address and one postal address, both below, are the whole of it.

What we can help with

• Corrections. If a sentence in the course is wrong, out of date, or ambiguous, tell us which page and which sentence. This is the most useful message we get.
• Broken links. Government sites reorganise. If a link goes nowhere, we will find where it went.
• Questions about the funding. Anything about the affiliate arrangement described on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
• Privacy requests. Put "Privacy request" in the subject line and we will handle it as the Privacy Policy describes, within 30 days and at no charge.
• Accessibility problems. If a page is hard to read or to use with a keyboard or a screen reader, we want to know.

What we cannot help with

• Game accounts. We do not operate, support or have any access to any game account. If you cannot sign in, if a purchase has not arrived, or if an account has been closed, the publisher of that game is the only party who can act.
• Technical support for your computer. Step 2 explains how to read your own specifications, but we cannot diagnose a machine we cannot see.
• Legal or financial advice. The course points to the Australian bodies responsible for consumer law, privacy, online safety and classification. We are not lawyers and nothing on this site is advice about your situation.
• Guest posts, link exchanges and advertising. The site carries the affiliate arrangement already disclosed and nothing else. Messages offering content or links are deleted.

What happens to your message

It arrives in a mailbox held with our email service provider, is read by people working for Gydrotech s.r.o., and is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim, after which it is deleted. Anything you send that we do not need in order to reply is deleted when it is lawful and reasonable to do so. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and we will never send you marketing. The detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Please do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment details or identity documents. We have no use for them and no system to protect them.
