Affiliate Disclosure

Effective date: 16 October 2026

This page explains, without hedging, where the money for this site comes from. Read it before you decide how much weight to give anything else here.

The arrangement

Gydrotech s.r.o. takes part in an affiliate programme for the game World of Tanks, run by an affiliate network. The link that appears in the course points to a tracking address operated by that network. If you follow it and afterwards create and activate an account for the game, the network pays Gydrotech s.r.o. a commission for that sign-up.

The commission is paid by the network out of the advertiser's budget. You pay nothing extra, and nothing about the price, the terms or the offer available to you changes because you arrived through this site rather than by typing the address yourself.

Where the links are

There are three, and they are all the same destination:

Each one has a line of text immediately beside it saying that it is paid, exactly so that you are never one click away from a commercial link without being told. The disclosure box on the home page says the same thing before the five steps are listed. Links to government bodies, to hardware manufacturers and between pages of this site are ordinary links and earn nothing.

What the commission does not decide

It does not decide what the steps say. The sequence of the course — business model, hardware, documents, account, habits — is the order in which a new player actually meets each problem, and it would be the same if nobody paid us anything.

It does not buy a recommendation, because there is no recommendation to buy. The course does not rank products, score them, or say which is best. The only statements it makes about the game named above are statements its own publisher makes, labelled as such.

It does not change the checklists. Every item on them is something you can do at no cost, and several of them — checking the classification, reading the terms, setting a monthly figure of zero — make a sign-up less likely rather than more.

What does decide the content

Three things. First, the order of problems a beginner meets, which fixes the sequence of the steps. Second, whether a primary source exists: if a fact cannot be traced to the publisher of the product or to the body responsible for the subject, it is left out, which is why there are no statistics, benchmarks, awards or comparisons anywhere on the site. Third, what a reader can act on alone, which is why each step ends in a checklist instead of a conclusion.

The About page sets out the editorial method in full, including which sources each individual step relies on.

You can ignore it entirely

Every step and every checklist works with no purchase and no sign-up. If you never follow the paid link, the course still does what it says, and the site earns nothing from you — a perfectly acceptable outcome at this end too.

Honest limits

We are paid when people sign up, so we have an interest in you signing up. Disclosing that does not remove it. What it does is let you read the course the way you would read anything from an interested party: check the sources, which are linked; notice that the only claims about the game are the publisher's own; and take the regulators' material directly from the regulators. If you ever find a sentence that reads like salesmanship dressed as instruction, write to info@slowradius.online and quote it. We will either justify it or change it.

Advertising, data and other income

There is no display advertising, no sponsored content, no paid reviews, no guest posts and no sold links. No reader data is collected or sold — there is none to sell, as the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy describe. Affiliate commission on sign-ups is the only revenue this site has.

Trademark notice

All brand names on Slow Radius, World of Tanks among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Slow Radius, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

Slow Radius is not the official site of any game, not an authorised source, not a reseller and not a partner of any publisher. No publisher has reviewed, approved or contributed to the course.
