Who publishes this site

slowradius.online is published by Gydrotech s.r.o., Březová 2337, 393 01 Pelhřimov, Czech Republic, company registration 03960366, contactable at info@slowradius.online. Reading the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, the remedy is simple: close the page.

What the course is

The five steps and their checklists are general information for people new to online games played on a desktop computer. They are written to be read and acted on by an ordinary adult reader in Australia.

It is not accredited training either: no enrolment, no assessment, no certificate and no qualification attaches to finishing it. Nor is it professional advice. Nothing here is legal, financial, medical or security advice, and nothing is tailored to your circumstances. Where a question touches law, consumer rights, privacy or online safety, the course points to the Australian body responsible, and that body — or a qualified adviser — is who you should rely on.

Accuracy and change

The course is reviewed at least twice a year and we correct errors when we learn of them. Even so, the subject moves: hardware requirements, account terms, privacy notices, prices, classification decisions and government websites all change without notice to us.

Details about any product mentioned in the course come from what that product's publisher states. Before you install, buy or sign up for anything, check the current details with the vendor directly. If what the vendor says differs from what this site says, the vendor is right and we would like to be told.

Other websites

The course links to websites operated by other people: government agencies, hardware manufacturers, and the affiliate link described on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Those sites are outside our control. We do not endorse their content, we are not responsible for it, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive. A link is a pointer, not a warranty.

Use of the material

You are welcome to read the course, print the checklists, and use them in your own household or with family and friends. The text, stylesheet and page designs remain the property of Gydrotech s.r.o. Republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere, or presenting it as somebody else's work, is not permitted without written permission. Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.

Availability

The site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee availability at any particular moment, and may change, add to or remove pages at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law permits, Gydrotech s.r.o. is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law. Where a liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the material or paying the cost of having it resupplied. Nothing here attempts to remove the consumer guarantees you have in Australia, and any statement in these terms that would have that effect does not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Gydrotech s.r.o. is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. That choice does not displace the protections available to you as a consumer under the law of your place of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law and the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and it does not prevent you from bringing a matter before a regulator or a court where you live.

Complaints and contact

Write to info@slowradius.online, or to the postal address at the top of this page, and we will answer within 30 days. Complaints about privacy are dealt with in the Privacy Policy, which also explains how to take a matter to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to these terms

If these terms are revised, the effective date above changes with them. The version on this page at the time you read the site is the version that applies.
